Back when I was putting on weight I figured out the key was to use smaller plates and bowls. You just feel a need to fill them up. And stop guzzling fruit juice.

I am not overweight, that's the bummer. I am fat on the inside. I have fat tubes. Just goes to show that everyone should have one blood test once a year to make sure everything is ok. I thought I was immune because I don't smoke and am not overweight so I ate like my weight in chips and sausage rolls, I just assumed that it wouldn't happen to me. I have bought one of those step counter thingies, I suppose there's an app in smart phones but I don't have one of those. Talking of apps theres this brilliant thing I never knew existed, you know when theres a song on the radio but you don't know the name of it, theres an app that tells you! how does it do that?

Good morning. When one was taking the non pedigree canine out for his morning ramble I did by chance notice an ungodly swarm of snails designed to obscure my path. In other words, there was fooking 1000's of the slimy buggers It was like a bloody Zombie snail film, yuk !

Oh. Picture a little fuzzy.

But those snails are beautiful compared to the snails I usually see on this side of the pond. We get pure grey, non of those iridescent blue highlights or banded shells that you have. Really....you don't know how good you have it.
