It'd be even shittier several hours after consuming said cheese whiz.

Figgs the Brit is the one who brought it up.

Re: Game of Thrones [2]
I saw the episode last night!
It's led to some interesting commentaries that I've enjoyed, but I spoiled myself concerning most of the show's events prior to watching it. That was unfortunate.
One original observation I had was how much Danaerys reminded me of her brother
Spoilers! Danaerys scene

I'm glad things happened in that episode, but most of them were the wrong sorts of things. That was unfortunate.

Re: Game of Thrones [2]
- Spoiler:
- Cersei isn't going to sit long on that chair. Jon or Daenerys, anyone up for a bet? Unless Jon can produce a birth certificate, the chance of them becoming friends is small, I'm thinking.
Also, how the fck does Varys travel so fast across the sea? That's just ridiculous, even for a show with dragons in it.

I can't believe you, as a supposedly bona-fide American, did not know what Cheez-whiz was. It's like you had a healthy childhood or something.

The music was really good. Actually gave the whole episode a really different feel to previous ones. Whatever you think of the series I think a lot would agree on that!
Looking forward to season 7 now!

That was badly shot and the only thing that actually felt dodgy about the episode to me. I am sure we should expect it took a good few days from the decision to sail to actually sailing and the Varys got himself back to let them know all was good to land in Dorne.
We didn't get any Euron in this... I think he may throw lots in with Cersei and that will form the basis of the fight in season 7. Not sure who else the Lannisters have to stop them getting smashed.

- never mind about Varys what about Arya! They really do zoom about. As for Cercei I don't think she is going to last very long and I wouldn't have thought Jon or Dany need to worry because Jaime being the Valenquar, however you spell it, is going to kill her. did you see the looks they gave each other, he hates her for doing what he killed the mad king for, burning down the place with wildfire. and the death of Tommen he will blame her for too. I am more worried about the seed of jealousy that LF has sown in Sansa, I hope she gets over it otherwise its going to divide her from her cousin? Jon Snow and that's a terrible shame because they love each other, and Jon didn't ask or demand to be made king.
But yeah the music was amazing, it did give a strange and melancholic new feel to the place.

Re: Game of Thrones [2]
I do have to complain about something, even if I only learned about it from spoilers.
In the books, Varys had Kevan Lannister killed, with the brilliant line "You were undoing all the good work your niece had done." Basically, he was about to give the Lannisters a good name, making it hard to get Varys' choice on the throne.
In the show, Kevan was killed almost by accident. This was a damn shame, taking the plot twist away from discovering what Varys was up to. Of course, in the show we knew what he was up to when he smuggled out Tyrion to meet Daenerys, but it was a waste of one of the greatest character reveals in the book.
