Sure. I'd say that's a legally binding contract. When can you get it here? Very Happy

Just as soon as you can shovel it all onto your transport- preferably sooner rather than later, and you can start with the path outside my barrel Nod

Òh, but it's common contract practice that the seller handles transport, or outsources it. And, either way, seeing as you supplied the content of this contract, the supply of Scottish snow to fjordlandia, any ambiguity has to be interpreted in your disfavour I'm affraid. Very Happy

Well, I could handle the transportation. But I would have to bill you for it. Shrugging

See, you made no note of transportation cost in your original offer (=rookie mistake).

I HATE litterbugs! I have spent the last week going round all the lanes where I live picking up other peoples shit, plastic bottles, cigarette butts, pizza boxes! Mad they are lazy selfish twats. There is a little layby and everyday this arsehole empties his ashtray in a little stream that runs along the side of it. I know who it is but he is not the sort you 'tell' as I think he is a bit thick. I was wondering what to do about it. I thought of posting his shit through his letter box, or putting a sign up saying 'compliments to the ignoramus' but I think he is too ingrained in his ways. What can I do to put a stop to this horrible behaviour, its dangerous for the wildlife and looks like a tip. Mad

The farm is within a mile of the beach, and every summer we've got the problem of people who've come down to the beach for the weekend looking for places to dump their garbage.

I'll go for a walk down our little side road toward the main road, and I'll find somebody has thoughtfully left us a present of several bags of old bottles, half-eaten food and dirty baby diapers.

Unfortunately they always seem to forget to leave their home address, or I'd happily return the favor. Twisted Evil
