Ah ok. Yeah it's just a bit much on the gross factor!

Yeah it's old, and gross. I don't like jokes about all of those awful things. That's not why it's funny. It's funny because it is edgy satire on how badly Jackson destroyed the book. Clearly. Sorry if it ruined anybody's day!
