Samurai Jack has an interesting method of portraying fight scenes (the freeze frame effect) but it looks pretty neat. I might give it a try if I ever regain the motivation and endurance to actually sit through an entire TV series again. Very Happy

Also, the ad for "Princess Robot Bubblegum" had me lol! ing as an anime fan. cheers

Part 1 of Princess Robot Bubble Gum. (Not for minors)

And for your fun viewing pleasure also from the tv stations in GTA4 heres CNN with 'I'm rich'- the show about rich people (also includes the excellent Pisswasser German beer ad).

And some news from Weazel (guess which channel that's a take the piss of!) and Republican Space Rangers.

Episode 2

And finally one to listen to in the background, from one of Liberty Cities many radio station, its most offensive shock-jock, its the Martin Serious show (I'll leave you to work out this obvious take the piss)

And for the dedicated an hour worth of radio ads! Find out what sells to the people of GTA's world.

Been watching episodes of these; Enid Blytons Famous Five- I loved these books from abut aged 6 to 10 and read and reread them. But I hated the tv show was set contemporary (ie in the 1970's) these more recent versions are much, much better. Absolutely wizard in fact! Very Happy

I still don't see a kilt! Evil or Very Mad (Although at about the 50sec maek he does at least have the decency to prove he is a man by showing his knees-very important that).
I know him from Primevil but thats about it, and cant say as I noticed too much I tended to get distracted by the blonde sidekick.

Mind control- now thats handy! Save on Rohypnol!!
Um delcate question, but these modern vamps, well traditionally vamps have no heart beat, therefore no pumping blood, therefore no trouser action. Has something changed since last I watched vampire films and tv?

Ahh some late night classical to go with the buckie. The Hebride overture by Mendelssohn. Love how the music changes like the way the weather does around the Hebrides, beautiful capturing of the mood of a place in sound.

I adored that song as a child and was one of the first influences that got me interested in art and Lowry's work (and also made m aware of the idea of class division). Brilliant stuff Chris. Very Happy

Still in a classical mode here, something to set the hairs on the neck tingling.

Stravinskies Rite of Spring- an extract- the bit where it starts to go bonkers- brilliant. I love the fact when this was first played most of the audicience walked out in disgust. Now thats a success! (and so much film music derives from this stuff).
