Thanks Norc, I appreciate it.
Probably because it's fun.Norc wrote:Why do some people want to be such dickheads!?
Re: The Gundulf/Smaug thread of BS, round two
And as Im drunk when I do anything, including banning people, I am therefore excused of any responsibility for my actions, and can lay all the blame on Eldo as Admin if it goes wrong for getting a drunk person to do it in the first place.

U know what. I believe u. It was quite fun (but don't tell them that)Eldorion wrote:Probably because it's fun.Norc wrote:Why do some people want to be such dickheads!?
Re: The Gundulf/Smaug thread of BS, round two
Of course it's fun. I've trolled forums too in my younger and wilder days. But being banned is part of the deal. The real trick is if you're trolling a forum that you're a part of but you don't want it to come back on your real account.
Re: The Gundulf/Smaug thread of BS, round two
Dont go giving tips to trolls Eldo- your not Snowdon you know you're supposed to be the government

Part of me still wants to be a rebel spirit. People used to think I was cool back then, instead of a total square.

I feel like trolling, but... I ffear people would see right through it at once..
Re: The Gundulf/Smaug thread of BS, round two
Why is it I always miss all the fun/creepy weirdness?
That Gundulf/Sunset person was rather odd from the start glad they got banned.

Damn it... I missed the end of it all. Was starting to think that SS was a bit dodgy....
With the way IP addresses work these days, I hope that his ISP uses the same one for that machine more often than not.

It's possible ... even if his IP address doesn't change on its own, it's easy enough to visit the site from a different computer. I suspect he will make his identity evident soon enough if he does, though,Recoveryanonymous wrote:I wonder if he'll come back.

Re: The Gundulf/Smaug thread of BS, round two
I totally did NOT see that! Smaug seemed so normal, except for the weirdness of telling us all about his family right off the bat. Gundulf was a creep right from the start.Eldorion wrote:In case it's not clear yet, Gundulf and Smaug were the same dude, and the mods have decided together that he is no longer welcome here. All relevant accounts as well as the IP address the guy posted from have been banned, and if he returns anyway he will be banned again unless he makes a good faith effort to treat the forum as something other than his personal playground.

Re: The Gundulf/Smaug thread of BS, round two
What tipped it off to me was how Sunset wanted Gundulf to stay even after their initial confrontation. Wait, now I'm talking about them as if they're two different people.
