I don't really count calories but whenever I eat anything that's too rich or heavy I have to stop myself or else I feel sick afterwards. 
This made eating out in Seattle when we went there a couple years ago a difficult experience, which is a shame because they had a ton of great food there, but my stomach couldn't handle it.

well, i just get full.. like i eat one piece and then i don't fancy any more cake for like .. an hour also.. it's nice to have some sort of control over your bowel movements, too much cake and coffee and fine flour is not pleasant.. ((though i dunno how it is with u a mercian/scots whatever, but here we eat a lot of bread, wholegrain like healthy shait that is good for .. the digestive system, i'll shut up now, but basically.. yeah. i'll shut up)))
