I always hoped he'd get to interview Capaldi- Ferguson's best mate becomes the Doctor, and now Ferguson wont be interviewing him. That just seems wrong.

I got around to about episode four, though I'll probably do something similar to you and give it another go over a shorter period when the whole things out.

I've never read the books, so the period and setting were a big part of what got me interested, too. Smile But the premise did sound interesting and I was curious to see a famous sci-fi/fantasy story that I knew was told from a female perspective.

Don't think I've come across the books either. There is something eerily familiar about the stone circles and being sent back in time and all that, though. Though I'm not sure where I have that from.

Perhaps it's just déjà vu. Razz

Very, very painful.  I can't even bear trying to describe how dreadful and forced it feels. How could they do this to him, or how could he let himself do this?  Sad

He's leaving his show? That is a shame, I had no idea. I always thought he had something a bit special.

CBS has officially named James Corden to replace Craig Ferguson on 'The Late, Late Show'

Shocked

That's a decision a bit out of left field, certainly.

My understanding is that Ferguson had a deal with CBS : if he didn't get chosen to replace Letterman, he gets a fat severance package. When CBS went with Stephen Colbert, the gears started turning.

Ah, ok. I always felt his show managed to display an air of spontaneity, which was certainly a breath of fresh air in the world of prewritten questions that is American Late Night Talkshows.

He will certainly be missed.

Did you read my book Circle of Stone? Its on here somewhere. It has stone circles and a time travel element- though its a pure fantasy novel not set in the real world, and amazingly doesn't feature any kilts.

its not deliberate more a chemical reaction, like human intestines vs beans. Its not the beans fault, beans are just minding their own business being beany.  No people Always blame beans, and it isnt fair. You should blame intestines for being crap. Suspect

Did you ever go to the step of trying to send it anywhere?

Its a full book- not a huge book but still a book sized book.

I think only Azriel and Figg have read it so the more feedback I can get the better. As it could probably do with one final editing before I consider it finished, and the more feedback I have before I do that the better really.

Twiin Peaks is returning for its final 3rd series. Taken them awhile, but might finally find out what happened to Cooper!

Nine episodes all written by Lynch and Frost. Cant wait, huge Peaks fan.

Lynch himself playing the excellent, and near deaf Gordon Cole, FBI Chief-
