Mrs Figg wrote: unfortunately its human nature to want to be liked by others in ones group, and if you dont feel liked for whatever small and silly reason, its a bummer. Its my problem, I come here to let out my inner kid, and be silly and somehow when I am here I bring All of my teenage self here, the good and the bad, the terribly insecure, low self esteem and the huffy door slamming. its like I cant have one without the other. On the 'real' side of the magic mirror, my mature confident older self cringes and knows all this stuff I am feeling is a bit pathetic and immature. My teenage self craves approval and popularity, and me as I am now, says fuck that for a game of darts. So I am sorry, I am afraid you in wonderland are stuck with mini me.

You and me, Figgy. But I don't slam doors, I withdraw and cry in a corner. Deep down we are all children who needs acceptance and love.

I do like jokes and jokers, and this place is Sillytopia. But I would find it hollow and dull if I never got to see the beating hearts and glittering souls that lie beneath the words. Silly I can do. Thoughtful, insightful and expressive is hard, I am not good at expressing myself at all. But I'm much better than I used to be.

I was pleased to see Lady Gaga pick up three Brit awards last night. Best female, Best Male and Best of Breed.
I won an Oscar last night...

Our local orphanage were raffling off all their kids.

There is not one of you who should ever worry you are not deserving of awards, many. I think if there was an award for the 'greatest heart' or most loyal, you would all win.
Over time I have noticed each of you step up to the plate to comfort, console, rejoice with, argue passionatly with, and do all you can to aid one another in this tiny community,.
I am very proud of you all. cheers Kissing

Adolescence is a series of near misses, enroute to the promised land of adulthood.

Adulthood is a long desperate attempt to claw your way back to adolescence.

If we are so supportive of each other, it's just because we know that in about 4 weeks the whole thing will blow up in our face.

He left here last early Spring, is livin' there, I hear
Say for me that I’m all right though things get kind of slow
Hemight think that I’ve forgotten him, don’t tell him it isn’t so
