Unless this is a rewriting of the scene where he walks back into his drawing room to confront the dwarves 'in his dignity', that's not beginning-of-book Bilbo in any way, shape or form.

I think Bilbo probably says that towards the end of the movie. It's prefaced by the line about him often thinking of the Shire, which seems like something he would say after having been away from home for a while. I think the exchange probably occurs after he finds the ring and when the dwarves are starting to come around to him.

It's a Norwegian name. Not that Liv Tyler is Norwegian, but her name is.

Also, that poster has always looked more like a computer model of Gandalf than Ian McKellen in costume to me.

Yes, obviously it looks like Ian McKellen, but it also looks like it was run through half a dozen photoshop filters. It just stood out to me in comparison to the other character posters.
