Things that are making you crabbit! [2]

I'm in my two-and-a-half-hour class right now and that alone is often enough to make me crabbit, but we had a written exam in the first half of the class and I had to confront my most feared enemy: the hated blue book. Just look at them!



I had to fill up the better part of one of those in an hour and now my arm is about to fall off. This always happens when I write by hand a lot or very fast.

Thats no way for a young man to get a sore wrist!

It's the only way when I'm sitting in a classroom with 25 other people though, I'm afraid.

Oh I dont know. Most things are better enjoyed in company and when shared.

Writers cramp! I get that all the time! I hate timed writing tests, I can't write fast enough. All the standarized tests we had to take last year were timed, and I did pretty bad because of it!!! Ice your arm Eldo!

I might do that if it's still sore later. Fortunately the professor extended the test period by 10 minutes. Unfortunately for me, he said that five minutes before it was supposed to end and I had written fast enough that I was nearly done already.

Hate when that happens, too. Usually I rush because I don't have a watch

I was lucky to be sitting facing the clock in the classroom and each question had a suggested time to spend on it. However, I spent five minutes reading over everything and planning at the beginning, so I had to rush to make up for that. Fortunately it worked out and I actually finished a bit early due to the extension.

wow exams I remember my finals at Uni, I lived on coffee, adrenalin and fear, and I remember writing so much my fingers went dead with cramps pins and needles. Not long after I kinda crashed, I think it was post exam depression. But beer and sleep kinda helped.

That sounds like finals for me too. Not looking forward to it since they overlap with the release of The Hobbit. I've already been negotiating how I can tweak my schedule to be able to see the midnight release and also sleep before exams.

Midges in November!

It finally stops raining after 3 weeks straight, and with the sun we get a hatch of $#@&^ midges! Because it hasn't gotten cold enough yet to freeze them. If anybody still needs proof of climate change, I challenge them to come down here and not get eaten alive.

why is it whenever I need to blow my nose, I never have a hankie?

If its any consolation Dave, I still have to sleep under a mosquito net. IN NOVEMBER. Otherwise I wake up with a mush full of bites, oh and spiders that give me huge swellings.

Yesterday one of those little #@%$$%%$$$s flew in and bit me on the eyeball, and I had to work for half the day with one eye squinted closed. I'm ready for them today though.

it snowed like ten cm today and it's nice type of snow, the perfect type to make snowmen and ride my spark. (dunno who the man is, but that's a spark and it goes really fast!)
