I plugged the cornet to the laptap yesterday and tried to record a bit as a test. It was as I expected. Horrid horrid horrid! I'd been better off just playing directly at the laptop. Needs a bit of thinking and adjusting to figure out how to make the amplifier do what it is suppose to do.

Got a new set of strings for my 12 string. Will restring it later on... not sure if I will get a chance to record so you guys can hear what it sounds like though.

I will just do what I have got. I was playing along to the track and missed the first note. Quite annoying as it meant that when I put the second layer on... it fucked that up too.

BTW - The file is a little bigger this time as I didn't interleave the last one when I bounced it all to a single track and therefore you couldn't hear anything that was panned... this time you should be able to.
Again.. a rough version. Would sound much stronger with a bass guitar in there to give it some depth.
