Re: Sherlock - BBC
Its clips from League of Gentlemen, which I highly recommend-surreal dark twisted British humour at its best. This series was Gatiss break through, as part of a team of writer/performers who make up the 'League of Gentlemen'. Its really best watched in context of the series however.
Gatiss plays Mycroft in Sherlock. He also has appeared in Doctor Who and is one of the few writers to have written for every NuWho Doctor. He and Moffat came up with Sherlock on the train journey from London to the Doctor Who studious in Cardiff.

Re: Sherlock - BBC
And he is called Godtiss on tumblr due to his abilities to rule the feelings of little fangirls and being an absolute master at trolling (alongside dear Moffat)
Re: Sherlock - BBC
which is rather fun since tiss means either pee or penis in norwegian. then it means something completely different.

Re: Sherlock - BBC
"Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the creator of Sherlock Holmes, enjoyed practical jokes. He is said to have once sent a telegram to twelve of his friends, all people of great significance and power. The telegram said: ‘Flee at once, the secret is discovered’. Within 24 hours all twelve had left the country."
that's all for today (i hope) I have stuff to do! imagen that!

Re: Sherlock - BBC
I think it might be, but my memories of college German are a little fuzzy. I was going by the English definition though.
Re: Sherlock - BBC
I feel both a little proud and rather worried that Forumshire is helping to teach you the English language. {{{Just try not to pick up too many buckie-isms from Petty.}}}

Re: Sherlock - BBC
So what happened exactly? Were you upset by a thumbnail of Sherlock from The Reichenbach Fall? Sorry if I'm being dense here.
Re: Sherlock - BBC
nononono!!! I was going to search on my computer if I already had installed windows movie maker because I was thinking of dowloading it. I first ofcourse went to windows/mycrosoft's homepage because I wouldn't have thought of pre-checking if they hadn't reminded me. they said, search for movie maker. And so I did. and the only thing that came up was this photo of Sherlock... :S
