My contract states "The deliverly of Special Editions of NotP falls under subsection 42a of Caterorgy F3 Items on the List of Exempted Charges and Fees' sub section of Form 128c. The supplimentary entry of Section 42 of the Suppliments, Guides and Leaflets clause is fully active in cases which invoke Category F3 items.'
In case you didnt follow that it turns out that the contents of a special edition are legally considered as suppliments or leaflets, thus exempting their weight so as not to incur any further delivery costs.
In short- no extra buckie!
