For some reason I thought you were saying Sigur Ros were great music to study, and you had just put it in an odd way, but I just figured you were saying it in a Yoda voice or something..
Aaanyway, that was amazing. I've no idea why I haven't listened to Sigur Ros before.

I will give props to AC DC in that they don't rely on fading their music out. Yes, it's a simplistic ending and they all sound the same, but at least they're tyring.

Yeah it was nice to see him and Angus in that brief interview. Glad to know they're still at it and having fun. It's always nice to see these older groups still touring and writing new music. The Rolling Stones were in town this past June (IIRC), and I heard multiple stories about Mick touring local shops in Minneapolis and meeting with fans. Glad he and the rest of the band are still at it. We all have to grow old, but we don't have to grow old.

I think I'm on a Sigur Ros kick.
Well, at least I've listened to the first 15 minutes of this about five times over the last couple of days.

Well, I'm listening to this song just released by someone I knew a hundred years ago. (Went to folkehøyskole with.) It's actually.. pretty great. It's gotten some attention on some high end british folk blogs and all. (And been played on BBC radio.)

Naah.
Best song ever released in October of 1969? Definitely.

Re: Music [3]
Ah.. idk.. for me it comes close.
Like, if you say it's the best Beatles song then you are already pretty close.
Then again there are so many songs to like, why discriminate..

Man that has a lot of fireworks. Chopin is sometimes nearly impossible to grasp right off the page, it takes quite a musical intellect to bring out what he was trying to say. That was so natural it sounded almost improvisational.

Hmm...I think "Let it Be" is a better contender, despite being almost pure McCartney.
