I went to a drama class in high school. The instructor was trying to get across the point that the cast was all there to support each other, so did that falling backwards trust exercise. Unfortunately the first guy she did it to wasn't really paying attention, so she slid to the floor. Showing uncommon dedication to her craft in an obvious attempt to help redeem him, she immediately fell over backwards in front of him again, unaware that in embarrassment he had turned away, hiding his face. Next time we saw her, she was in crutches with a back brace.
