Erm, the guys on the segways....how the chuff did they keep their balance ? I mean, how many practice goes did it take to get it right ?

Actually, the article goes on to say it would be okay in the UK. As you have a quite general quotation right. (It is the Member States decision if they want to make such an exception part of their legal system.) Wink

(It would probably be okay here too. (But in places like France and Italy it is more uncertain.))
