You know, Orwell. I would say you take to much pleasure in your own irreverance.

Then I remeber I'm not sure I think that is possible.

It was actually ice in her hair -- but I'm not sure yours isn't the better line.   {{{And, who knows, it may reappear in a Channel, if I know anything about Channelling, that is ---- which I don't, of course.   }}}

Oh, I thought it was eyes in her head too. Odd...

Perhaps it was... These things can be a little --- err --- spontaneous you know...  When I played it back it sounded like ice in her hair to me... just saying...

Still thinking of getting out some time and busking. Think I'll need to throw in a few Covers. What do you think of this, guys. Roughly done, I  know - but do you guys think I can get away with it with my voice once I've got it properly sorted in my head and memorized . Be honest.

Loved it Orwell ! Youve got a good voice ! I can hear emotion in that voice, so, now, punch that song with it ! Imagine what that guy in the song is going thru ? Is he heart broken ? Is he desperate ? Lonely ? or just a player ? A young buck on a 5minute whim or an older guy wanting company in his "afternoon years" ? Your voice has a richness, but its partially hidden, Feel the song & let it out   I do like listening to your songs,here on Radio Oz  

The man in the song is actually Johnny Cash writing about June Carter Cash. But I think we adopt these songs we love as our own. The June in my version is my Missus... and my three Forumshiran netrosexual lovers Julia, Amarie and Azriel.    Jokes aside (apparently), I just love the song, and with your encouragement I'm going to keep playing it until I can sing it like I wrote it myself... I mean properly own it, you know. Thanks again.

As you can tell by my dopey remarks, Im not a well versed Johnny Cash fan, but I liked his voice & I liked the songs that I did hear, Obviously the one "A thing called Love" !

I must be going through a mid-life crisis - the last couple of months has been a rollercoater of creativity with an urge to go back and perform - maybe I'm having a last burst before I fade. Thanks for your patience and the kind words guys. You're not such a bad bunch of daggy arseholes you know.  

Go for it Orwell- get out their busking (but take the missus with you just in case you need someone to do the fan dance whilst you make a quick get away- I'd volunteer myself (I'm told my fan dance is completely unforgettable   ) but Id spontaneously combust in the heat of Oz   )

A flapping kilt would be unforgettable I should think, ( & indescribable!)

I never let my kilt flap   it wallows gracefully and in moments of excitement it might flollop a fair bit and even occasionally vigorously vloom.   

I've never known a mini-kilt to flap or wallow, and as to this flolloping or vlooming, I should remind you, Petty, this is a Family Fiendly Forum...
