masturbation talk will get you in hot water MR....
I find it humorous though...
Phillipa Boyens is probably happy she got her childhood fantasy by putting feminine energy into the Hobbit

Yeah, that's probably exactly how Martin feels.

Re: Cgi Bolg
I couldn't believe they changed Bolg???????? I genuinely liked the look of the prosthetics dude. He is actually on the month of December on my calendar (yes, I have a Hobbit calendar. No, I wont grow up).
But they thought, nah, lets not have an interesting looking bad guy. Lets have another Azog, but put a bland helmet on him, and everything will be just dandy.
Oooh PJ you done broke it this time.

Re: Cgi Bolg
Bolg looked even more fake than Azog did in AUJ. And I thought that was impossible. But they did it. Jackson feels mo-cap is the answer to everything. So as long as everyone is kissing his ass instead of being point blank honest with him he will never change. And keep making the same mistakes over and over again

Re: Cgi Bolg
Yeah Bolg looked like a 5 year old's drawing come to life. And his fight with Legolas at the end was really slow paced and clunky. You could tell the whole time just how fake he was and it was really jarring.

Re: Cgi Bolg
I kind of chuckled internally whenever I saw Bolg. The way he strutted around and the fact that he was mostly naked made me imagine some really vain roid-raging body builder. Even though they did their best to make him look ugly and repulsive.

Re: Cgi Bolg
Bolg was even worse the second time around... I heard a couple comments about this being a video game or a movie. Honestly I much preferred the practical make up version of Bolg. At least he looked real and kick ass. Conan Stevens got royally screwed by Peter Jackson in these films.

Re: Cgi Bolg
something I mean Jackson felt like Stewart Townsend was wrong for the role of Aragorn because he was simply too young I can actually get that. but to cut an actor because he wasn't CGI enough (I guess) is something all together different. Personally as I said i liked the look of Bolg before and to me anyways he looks a hell of a lot better than the CGI piece of crap we did get. Jackson could of at least Mo-capped Stevens for the part but didn't. In some bright light at least Conan Stevens got paid for the part and then didn't have to be a part of the travesty that is the Hobbit films (well other than his 3 second appearance in the prologue of AUJ)

Re: Cgi Bolg
Yeah, it's kind of funny that Stevens appears in the credits of AUJ next to Manu Bennett for his three seconds on screen, but he's totally absent from both DOS and its credits.

Bolg and Azog are the dullest waste of time. they really irritate me.

Re: Cgi Bolg
Part of Bolg's head appeared to be missing. I found this annoyingly similar to how Bofur whatshisface has an axe broken off in his head.
