That looks more painful than when we mothers engorge after birth and wake up being a 44 d and when you went to sleep you were just a 38 c. Whenever the milk came in I felt such pain. And would you know it, my second and third had an immune thing and had to nurse for a very long time or get milk from the then defunct milk bank to get well. So nursed for three years each one. The first born hated nursing, he had a bottle at one month and spoke in complete comples sentences at elven months. He shook my hand at six instead of hugging me. He would look at this and be sick.!
