Rotten fish is making me crabbit! Not to mention a little nauseous.

A friend gave me some fresh fish as a present for my cats, so I boned it, choppped it up and put it in their bowls and came home to find three empty bowls- that was two days ago.
All well and good- except one of them didnt eat theirs- oh no, they snuck it away somewhere in a tiny crawl space behind one of the units in the kitchen and now everywhere stinks of foul rotten fish and I cant get at it without dismantling half my kitchen!

you need a long stick with some of that sticky paper you use to catch flies on the end of it. failing that, buy an iguana with a very long tongue.

Besides for you Fjordians its probably perfectly normal for your kitchens to smell of rotten fish, is it not one of your local 'delicacies'?

put the cats in another room with door shut, as soon as fox has scoffed fish,he'l be off. & anyway,gets you back for the Korma incident on your "circle of stone" post! I splashed out & added cheese with my scrambled egg, better go easy with this high life style! might go to my head! If I lived closer Id get the bloody fish for ya! Iv got a fry-pan, bit of garlic to hide smell/taste, a good clear out in the morning, Il be fine!

Funny, once upon a time houses were kitchens where you ate and slept! Restaurants and takeaways were the death of family and tribal life - sadly.
