I'm sorry that I keep disappearing all the time, and I fear it's only going to get worse in the weeks ahead. I will be back, though, this place has become my virtual home after all Smile

It's just that things keep turning to shit in my hands, and my numerous attempts at drinking it all away have been nothing but futile. Off to to have a beer with some trolls (I've found they make better drinking pals than prey, you never catch all of them anyway pub

The pace of things IRL has picked up for me recently, though for once it's less work and more social, which is a pleasant change.

As for the trolls.. just make sure not to drink what they drink. Wink

Trolls often drink molten minerals for recreation. Due to the heat affecting their brains, this has the much same effect on them as alcohol does on humans. Electrolyte solutions have a similar effect, presumably more directly. One such drink is the Electrick Floorbanger (a reference to the Harvey Wallbanger drink), which is made by dropping copper and silver coins into vinegar, forming a crude battery. Troll "beer" is ammonium sulfide dissolved in alcohol.

Yep, I spend more time on Forumshire when I'm feeling stressed rather than just busy. Remember how our much missed Meiko used to sign on when she first became homeless? I still wonder about her, and hope things have worked out for her. I'm afraid her laptop got damaged though.
