- The body that was buried had to be Moriarty though? (It can't be a coincidence that he kept saying 'you are me' or ' I am you' or whatever it was.) The newspapers would have accused Sherlock of murder rather than "just" being a bluff if JM's body had been found up there. The world thinks Jim Moriarty is um.. Reichenback-in-English the actor, hired by Sherlock to be Jim Moriarty. "Fake genius kills actor and self." It is worth remembering that he did fake (or helped fake) Irene Adler's death too, without Molly's help. And we haven't been told that how that was done.
Also, I find it hard to believe that Sherlock didn't recognize the code as being music... though only Sherlock knows when he is faking emotion and surprise, and when it's real.

- He is as clever as Sherlock is though, and a master tactician- I reckon he could have forseen such an outcome. Of course it would be a huge deviation from the original- but the temptation to keep Moriarty in the story for further series must be huge.

- Moriarty had strings to pull in every part of the country- look how easily he can unlock a top security prison, get at the Crown Jewels etc just by having something over the right people in the right place. All it would take to get the body that was buried declared his would be to nobble the coronar.

15 mins worth of vids there Norc got to allow for the slow, the aged and the buckied to get through it all!
Liked the Leggy one for the first half, by the end I wanted to cutmy own ears off!!
