Bothers me that he was clearly alive or at least moving while in the air, that there witnesses on the ground who would have seen the fall and the face on the dead guy was so undamaged (thought I might have seen too much CSI). Molly is surely the key though, and his homeless crew.

when Sherlock cries when saying goodbye to John. Why does he cry? I mean, we know later he didn't cry because he was going to die, because he obviously faked it. so the question remains, why?

a. Was it an act?
b. Was he sorry because he lost to Moriarty. (He did loose. When he thought he had a solution.. and Moriarty kills himself.. did he know he was going to to do that or? was he genualy surprised? just another question)
c. He had to admit he was a fake.
d. he was sorry he had to lie to John, mrs. Hudson and Lestrade and make (epsecially John) think he was dead.
e. He might never see them again. (or?)

...if the mask Jim used when kidnapping the children is the same one he wears when being dead (Must be a mask if the kids thought it was Sherlock). Must have been a brilliant mask, I am not sure if Molly would have the time to make one? But if it is the same mask, where did they find it? Also I wonder how long it took for Watson to go home and then return. Oh there are so so so so many questions, aren't there?

one theory is that he never was on the roof where John looked, he was on the roof behind him or something and a nother theory is that he fell into the car with all the garbage and Molly and his homeless network put a body on the ground and made some sort of mask. Then Sherlock drow off. The one on the bike drugged John and yeah. because there was a building between John and Sherlock, so John never saw the actual landing.

I am never any good at solving puzzles like this, I have a tendency to focus on the wrong thing. I am easily misled.
I have also seen someone say that you can fake not having a pulse by putting a ball of some sort in your armpit and stop the blood supply to the arm. If that is the case then there is no need for a mask or a body double on the ground. Jim really is a nut case though, killing himself to have the last say. That I did not see coming at all.

Another theory (this is my own) is that if we see all of this from watson's view, we see the "suicide" as John sees it. So when we see Sherlock on the building, we see him there because John thinks he's there. In reality Sherlock had gone down, stopped his pulse with the help of the famous ball we did see earlier, and laid down on the pavement. His audience is his homeless network so no one would tell on him. The one who jumped I beileve is some hired dude, who landed in the garbage truck (he was clearly alive so no dead body or dummy there).. but, where does that leave Molly? well... I think she faked a body afterwards, the body which was put in the coffin. so .. another theory there
