Of course it doesn't. "Inconsequentialities". It means "mere nothings." He is a pompous chap -- they tend to worry over small things. As to any urinary infections he might have, I think that's his problem. Respectable hobbits shouldn't mention things like that in a public forum.

A very good troop, too - though I preferred Steeleye Span in my younger days... Especially that song they did in Latin. Mind you, they got a bit of stick for Äll Around my Hat", which I personally liked.
