Re: Star Wars [3]
There is definitely.a fair argument for that... the entire scene was quite cringey.
Which also makes me remember one that should be in there...
"I truly, deeply, love you."
Fuck off Padme!

I know! He has the exact same voice, the cheeky half-smile, the blonde looks, the swagga and charisma, literally everything! he would have been perfect.

Re: Star Wars [3]
ALL the scenes between Anakin and Padme are cringe inducing. Watching them made me feel like the scene in Clockwork Orange where Malcolm McDowell is strapped to a chair with eyes pinned open, forced to watch scenes of atrocities. After watching Clone Wars I was so conditioned against any words of affection I don't remember if I've ever said such things to anyone ever since.

Maybe that is what happened to me Halfy... I am often referred to as cold and emotionless.

Lorient Avandi wrote:Rogue One is my favorite in the series, followed by Revenge of the Sith, then Solo. I believe they had a lot of reshoots for it though, relatively close to its release as well, which is what may have messed with the pacing.
I loved Rogue One, Solo was well made and pretty enjoyable but it just left me feeling a bit indifferent/cold, the prequels had terrible acting, flat direction, awful dialogue and dated, cold CGI but I do admire the design work/universe building and some of the Broadstrokes of the Narrative
I think my fave to least fave would be:
Empire Stikes Back
Rogue One
New Hope
Return Of The Jedi
Force Awakens
Solo
Revenge Of The Sith
Last Jedi
Phantom Menace
Attack of The Clones

I can't take Revenge of The Sith seriously anymore since watching the 'Backstroke Of The West' dub, really shows how clunky the script is...

Re: Star Wars [3]
Drats, I thought it was a fan-made dub with an original rewriting of the script. Garbled English is well and good, but nothing compared to re-interpreting the dialogue into something sensible.

Oh, just rewatch the "love scenes" from Clone Wars. After that deadens your soul nothing much bothers you anymore.

I keep meaning to go back through and watch the Clone Wars. I don't remember much about the love scenes between Anakin and Padme, but they can't be much worse than the love scenes in Attack of the Clones

Re: Star Wars [3]
Stupid title. I don't really give a rat's ass about the Skywalker clan. Only Lucas does.
Oh, here's a bit of trailer dissection.
