That gets me to wondering about nutrition. For humans we know the best idea is to eat as wide a range of foods as possible; don't get fooled into the idea that we know enough to make complete multivitamins.
How can we be so sure that our pets are getting all they need from one food? Is it because we know carnivores only eat meat (and bones and guts)? when dogs chew on grass, are they trying to supplement?

When dogs chew grass its to help them cleanse their guts, they use grass to chuck up just like cats. Before you know it youve got 5 cats & a dog all pumping up like mad

I was like that before I got a job that let me regulate my sleep with the sun.
