I like the simplicity of some, the ones that fool you easily
Away from illusions a bit, I love marble statues & this one is amazing in the fact it looks so soft & tactile. Those hips look squidgy ! cuddly !

Omg... 'I never said she stole my money' - Never crossed my mind that it could be interpreted in so many different ways. English sure is a weird language, now that you think of it.

I felt like I was going a little mental today. Still quite tired though which doesnt help.
Re: Just...................whatever [4]
Always a bugger getting back into work after a holiday- let alone an action packed adrenalin rush one (not that Id know, my ideal holiday is a fortnight in a buckie brewery. With a straw. ).

Re: Just...................whatever [4]
I know we have a few reddit users here (malick, Eldo, and I think Forest), so I wanted to talk about something I did last night. It's something I wanted to do for a long time. Last night I took four popular reposts and posted them to /r/funny. When I went to bed an hour later two of the posts were gaining a lot of traction. When I woke up this morning I saw one of the posts on the front page of /r/all. In all I had gained about 7000 link karma. I was surprised how easy it was to game reddit with reposts. I had seen people do it all the time and finally tried it for myself. Sure there were some people complaining about the reposts, but they seem to be a vocal minority, as the majority on reddit will choose the familiar and popular content.
Overall a very interesting experiment.

Re: Just...................whatever [4]
I don't visit reddit frequently enough to notice most of the reposts, but I've heard enough people complain about it that I figured it was probably pretty easy. 7000 karma in one night is way more than I would have guessed, though.
On a semi-related note, upvoting/downvoting continues to be an atrocious way of organizing any online community if you actually want to foster meaningful discussion and a variety of viewpoints, and the idea that the popularity of ones submissions necessarily correlates to the value they add to the community (and vice versa) is so absurd that it shouldn't even require a response.

Re: Just...................whatever [4]
I hadn't posted in almost a month, so I just thought: what the hell, might as well try it. Since I was feeling optimistic I was expecting one out of the four posts to succeed. As of right now, the number of points on each is: 3,840 ; 2,750 ; 1,329 ; 21. I never guessed three out of four would be so successful. I also should mention that I used similar titles to when they were posted previously. The only thing I really changed with the titles was adding punctuation and/or quotation marks where I felt they were needed.
This became really clear to me when I realized what I didn't like about AUJ and started to talk about it on /r/thehobbit. No one wants to hear a "negative" opinion
