Re: DRAGONS
I've actually read a few books about dragons. One of them is a field guide to different types! It's a pretty awesome book. My friends and I used to use it when we'd play at recess. I read a few books, there was a trilogy I think, called Icefire and Firestar, about clay dragons that made real dragons or something? It reminded me of Danerys from GOT. Then my favorite picture book as a kid (in fact I still look at it because the illustrations are stunning) was called Ignus, which was the story of a dragon looking for his fire.

I loved that song as a child Ringo but, It always, & still does, feel so sad at the end !

Re: DRAGONS
Might not be the sort of dragon Norc had in mind, but you're quite right, it's a wonderful song. I first heard and learned it as a child too, in Norwegian. It used to be one of my favourites in school

That song used to depress the hell out of me as a kid.

Re: DRAGONS
I always liked the imagery (both literal and the illustrations in my copy) of the Eustace-turned-dragon from Voyage of the Dawn Treader.
It is unfortunate that two films came out to create these horrors:
In Lord of the Rings Online, we eventually had a raid wherein we could fight an aged Dragon. Draigoch the Something-or-other.
In the end the raid of Free People's only manages to wound him. In his rage he pulls down the chamber onto himself (and anyone else, was his thinking).
It was fun.

Sometimes I get the urge to watch the Narnia movies. Then I remember that they're just not very good.

What's her name who shoots the arrows, she's hot. But that's the best part. (Come to think of it, any woman shooting arrows is hot. Look at Katniss. )

Re: DRAGONS
I liked the first one! I really liked the music in the first one, actually, but everything else was good to! Maybe it's because I couldn't bring myself to finish LWW. I stopped after Magician's Nephew. I just didn't get into the others like I did that one.

Re: DRAGONS
I remember seeing a program like that ? I remember thinking "why not?", there's been all sorts of Dinosaurs discovered, even now scientists are unearthing strange new fossils, so why could there not be Dragons ?
