Dang, I still need to play LEGO LOTR. If that game is half as good as I've heard, then it will be well worth the investment of time and money.

Although I'm not sure I'm ready to relive the Hobbit films just yet, even in LEGO form.

The cut scenes for AUJ and DOS are on youtube. Those are my favorite! They make fun of the films just enough to make it seem like a parody to me

I liked the LEGO Star Wars and Indiana Jones games, but that was back when I owned a PS2.

What does "cut scenes" mean in this context?

I thought they were already parodies.   

Though I get what you're saying. That moose hanging around behind Thranduil when he talks to Thorin is priceless.

Little videos that you watch while playing the game during which you can't control the character. For example, many games have cinematics at the beginning and end of each level (and sometimes in the middle) that move the story along, while the meat of the level is the player going through the action sequences. I don't know what the equivalent term in Norwegian gaming terminology would be, though.

Probably "cut scenes."
