I said in the other thread that we'd ban any further accounts you make unless you show a good faith effort not to troll. Personally, I think you're lying through your teeth about what happened, but if you make meaningful contributions (such as the Rate LOTR/Hobbit thread, which actually ended up generating some nice discussion) I can overlook that.

I don't think this topic will be served well by further meta-discussion though, so this thread will probably be locked shortly. Please don't continue to create threads in the off-topic forum that can be better directed as PMs to a mod.

And needless to say, any repeat of your previous drama will bring the banhammer back out.

Sounds good.  The best way to make your case to the forum is just to post in regular threads and make interesting or otherwise decent contributions.
