Not wrong there, my friend! ... ... and it's not a very respectable forum either but there you ... and welcome - that goes without saying! Ireland, you say! Shocked Well, I never... 'leprecaun' is another name for "hobbit" I've heard tell. It's a small Forumshire after all... (We also have scotshobbits here btw - not very respectable though...).

Perhaps not but certainly welcoming. So come on in Brian and have a buckie and a chat, or a Guiness and a chat if you prefer drinking black soup! And if you don't turn out to be another long lost Banks family member.

If yer goin to shorten the nomiker then shorten it to the surname, Boru. Brian is not me name anyway, he is just a hero of mine; High King of Ireland a few years back.

Ah, sometimes those terrible surveys can never truly be gotten rid of. Well they were, I just completely wiped and reinstalled my computer. But it was difficult. Probably shouldn't have downloaded all those torrents. You'd naturally assume though, and I would completely agree with you, that should have a guy to do this kind of thing. It's so time consuming deleting private messages!

Welcome to the forum, Brain! Most people we have around here are (or are suspected of being) manifestations of the inestimable mind of Odo Banks, so it's nice to see a genuine new face. Very Happy I hope you have fun here. Cool

No idea, I guess Forumotion just sends those out some times. If you can't respond then I'd just delete it.

Dear Brian, I remember thinking a long time ago, when I first came her to try and help clean things up, that Eldo Himself was a Herself Laughing This was back long before the Planet Tolkien Catastrophe and the subsequent Hobbit Forum Refugees Eucatrophic New and Better "Hobbit Movie Forum." Laughing Mind you, the way things go in Forumshire, I wouldn't wonder if you're not all gender benders -- except of course, the Banks Clan that are, as everyone knows, respectable in every which way!

I remember that too. Laughing As best as I can figure it was because I made a post saying I wasn't a man without clarifying that I was referring to my age. Razz
