Queen Tin Happy Birthday

Actually this thread gives me the opportunity to ask something. Does anyone remember when or why Tin became the Queen? I wanna say it was on the old forum. I feel bad because I like to think that I have a pretty good memory about forum history but I can't recall this one.

She was already a long term member when I joined the forum.

No idea, she was already an established member when I started posting too.

Edit: ...which goes to show how long she's been around here for. Now that I think about, she's probably the oldest remaining member in GB's absence.

she's queen because she's the "oldest" remaining member of the forum and nobody remembers her joining it

There were people older than her who still posted a few years ago but she was already the Queen then. I think the reason has been lost to time. Or maybe Tin herself can solve the mystery for us if she ever comes back.

Perhaps she's Queen by Divine Right? Isn't that how it's usually done?

Thanks for the Birthday wishes! And I proclaimed myself Queen (I think) during a drunken rant at the first forum picnic we ever had, the one where Petty was chased up a tree? It's a little fuzzy, but wow, I've been here a while!!!!
Just actually played a drinking game while watching part two of the EE Two Towers. Took a shot for every intimate glance between Frodo and Sam, whenver Leggy points out the obvious, Panoramic landscape shot, close up of the ring, stuff like that. I did it with my sisters, so instead of actual shots we used water. Quite boring, but fun because we had to drink alot!
