Real talk: in terms of bands who only have their worst songs played on the radio, KISS takes the cake. Fuck "Rock and Roll All Nite".

Waters Pink Floyd was pretty overrated though.

I can't objectively assess Waters-era Floyd because I grew up listening to The Wall a shitton of times. That might not have been the best thing for my state of mind but whatevs.

Also, I haven't listened to a ton of Floyd outside of their most famous albums.

Cheap Trick "I Want You to Want Me" is a close second. It would take the cake if the rest of Cheap Trick's discography was comparable to KISS (relatively speaking of course).

My mom was a big fan of it and she listened to it around us a lot.

Same reason that I still have a residual affinity for Barenaked Ladies 15 years later.

Though I think Pink Floyd > Barenaked Ladies.

But most people have heard of him & know he was in PF though! So they know you mean when you say you like Barrett era Floyd.

TBH I rarely hear people mention Barret outside of this forum, but maybe I just haven't been paying close enough attention.

Has anyone here actually ever mentioned him? I can't remember mentioning him before myself but you never know.

I seem to recall you and Petty and maybe Odo have a Barrett lovefest/shitting on Waters together at some point in the past.
