Never tried whale- always imagined it would be a bit chewy- mind you fried, huge slab of blubber still on the meat, that'd be a hell of a lovely bit of grizzle.

All meat is chewy if not prepared right. You should try it if you get the chance.

you can also grill it, like barbeque, and have white goat cheese (snøfrisk) on.. yum. or make a sort of stew. the trick is to marinade and not fry it too hard and long. it'll be tender and mmmm ....

i hated eating whale when i was little, because they were smart animals. but i just don't give a fuck anymore. as long as it is human and its not an endangered spieces, i'm fine. like, they at least have lived in the wild and lived long and so, not like... chickens.
