I changed it yesterday, mostly because I loved the photoshops you were making with my old Kyon avatar.

I assumed youd changed it as a response to zombie werewolf orcs. No?

Nah, the character in my avatar is just always annoyed with some thing or another so he's often depicted in the middle of a facepalm. It is rather fitting though.

It's a shame that no one else has said nice things about them. They really cracked me up, but I don't think anyone else here has seen The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya so they might not get it. (Actually, I don't know if you've seen it either. Have you?)

He sometimes uses the pseudonym "John Smith" when he's time-traveling, if that rings any bells.

The Wikipedia page is a bit dense but you can always watch the first episode of the show he appears in. It might not make much sense without a familiarity with anime fandom and culture though.
