I remember! It all started a long, long time ago in a far-off land called Bree with a very strange thread titled "Hello Nora".....

I think Petty started this one in Forumshire shortly after you moved here so you wouldn't feel homesick for Bree.

Yes, Bree was somewhat whimsical, wasn't it? Only fractional compared to here, but it was a significant fraction.

@Halfy, that's an unrelated forum that happens to have a similar URL. It actually predates our Old Forum (aka the original Bree). I used to post there on the side but unfortunately it's almost completely dead now.

This makes me wonder where that young Fjordian baddass is.... I don't even think she knows she's the Robyn Hood of Ol' Anon's 'Changing of the Guard' tale. A rollicking adventure I hear.

Nothing wrong with Moffat hate. Nothing wrong with Modfat love. Nothing wrong with a bit of Moffat love-hate. And in a little while we can do it again, so long it is Moffat who is our target lol

no... perhaps not.. but when it is everywhere! i guess this is what happens when people feel strongly about something, be it religion, LOTR, Peter Jackson, Donald Trump or Moffat. All i can say is, stay classy folk! we may disagree, but we have to show mutual respect to one another

A problem with the internet is that you can't tell peoples mood, nor when they are in a vulnerable one. A problem with this place, I think, is that we all feel we know each other, so we do take things each other say to heart.

I don't know if there's much to be done about that. But "mutual respect" and staying "classy" seems a good place to start.
