ehm... yeah, but I think you are one of few countries who actually has an animal that lives in the country as an emblem (we have a lion, c'mon! seriously!) but in our county thing shield whatever we have a reindeer and we eat that.

1. cut cabbage in large pieces.
2. lay the meat and cabbage in layers with the meat at the bottom, fat side down. drizzle whole pepper and salt between layers. you can also drizzle some flower.
3. add water, boil up and let it simmer for two hours until the meat seperates from the boen.
4. serve it with potatoes.
