Sorry, I don't believe it. I think the film was simply reversed. This might be tested at home by putting corn syrup in a pan, putting in the drops of food coloring, then placing a square of glass over it and moving it back and forth. Worth trying if I ever find a suitable glass plate. Needs to be on rollers or something so it won't sink.

I guess it should theoretically be possible if no turbulence is induced. but I just have a hard time swallowing it. Everything has to be exactly reversed, so there must be no play in the pivot, etc.
