King Franz of Scotland
Hi Forumshire type people. My name is Orwell McOdo (the Seventh) a Scotshobbit related to the TRUE King of Scotland (via Adam and Eve Hobbit), and of good Forumshire Scotshobbit stock - distantly.
I am posting here to inform you that I am the current Grand Master of the Romantic Ozhobbit Aristocratic Movement for the Eventual Restoration of Stuarts (ROAMERS) and to advise you we are looking for adherents to our cause.
You can visit this Thread to offer your support and ideas as to how install the rightful Stuart Pretender to the Throne.
God Save the King: Franz Bonaventura Adalbert Maria von Wittelsbach!

Re: King Franz of Scotland
You have no idea what you are stirring up here Orwell- if Paw sees this it could get horribly unpleasant the whole Stuart thing is tied up with the Catholic/protestant fighting- we dont want Forumshire to descend into its own version of the Troubles now do we?

No - of course not... {hee hee hee}}} ... I just want His Royal Majesty sitting back on the Royal Scone again, Petty. Surely your Paw can't have an argument with that!

Re: King Franz of Scotland
Paw's a blue nose so a catholic monarchy on the throne again after all this time? I'm pretty sure Paw can have an argument with that- and not a very pleasant one either.

There you go. The sooner we have got Stuart buttocks sitting here again, the better!
God Save the King!
(I apologize, Petty, I thought it was a Royal Scone, not a Stone of Destiny. A mistake any Royal Enthusiast could make, what.)
And thanks for joining the cause, Mirabella, as I know you're busy with your wedding.

Re: King Franz of Scotland
I'm afraid the Return of the King is best left to Tolkien not reality.
And Orwell I believe your confusion comes from the name of the Stone, as its also known as the Stone of Scone from being kept for many years at the Abbey of Scone.

Oh my bad... sorry Petty ... I shouldn't like to misrepresent your heartfelt national traditions and lengends... of course not ...
I like your Return of the King idea btw... A few well placed ads... Perhaps in a rag that caters for credulous people..?
NotP! Brilliant!
I'll have to put something together. Maybe dress up the King in an Aragorn costume... mmm... need more thought...
A shot of his beautiful Duchess of Bavaria?
Elizabeth Marie Charlotte Franziska. Ooooh yeah!!!
Queen Elizabeth! Brilliant!
Save confusing the credulous... This is Grea-ate!
Gathering momentum, Petty, gathering momentum.

As entertaining a king as Uncle Vernon made, I'm afraid it's hard for me to resist siding with the Jacobites.
Re: King Franz of Scotland
Jacobites. The biscuits? I like them ones with the jam in the middle. very tasty.

What a noble line from which he has descended!
