Just curious, and this seems as good a place as any to ask.  Some statistics first:

Scandinavian countries seem to have unusually large or at least more organized Tolkien fandoms than many non-English speaking countries, but I'm not entirely sure why we got so many Norwegians on this forum in particular.  The difference is not quite as big as your table says, though.  There are a lot more than four North American posters and also more than three British ones.  Off the top of my head, among people who have mentioned their location, I can think of:

Still sticks out. Might be the statistics of small numbers though.

Yeah, small forum + small country = statistical weirdness.  (Disclaimer: my statistics professor was horribly boring so I didn't pay much attention in his class.)
