Merry Christmas! (2018)

Hope everyone on Forumshire has a Merry Christmas, Yule, Festivus, or whatever other midwinter holiday(s) you might celebrate!
I've been able to keep things pretty low-key so far and my family is cool with me not wanting to do much on the actual day, but my stepmom baked fifteen dozen (180) chocolate chip cookies last weekend, as well as another probably 60 or so other kinds, which I've been enjoying.
I'm not a big fan of Christmas carols these days since my four years in retail kind of ruined them for me, but Trans-Siberian Orchestra remains acceptable.
And I certainly won't complain if anyone else wants to post some.
Hope everyone has a good one--and a happy new year to come as well!

Happy Erumas, everybody! We've had Christmas dinner here at home with the in-laws, we're stuffed with food and dessert and got lots of nice and fun stuff. We have leftovers to last us days. Tomorrow it's dinner with my parents. Potetball, for those interested in details.

Yep! She's 87 and still living in the house Dad built, where she's lived for the last 65 years. We all gather here for holidays and special occasions.
