it means that list is an expanded version of the British use of the word 'sorry' which we say every 5 minutes for every occasion
When we really mean, 'watch where you are going f***face' or 'do that again and I will rip your eyebrows off with my teeth' stuff like that,
foreigners think we were being polite when we say sorry Rolling Eyes
