We tried an animated version already. Why did it hurt so much? but I think Pixar would actually have the goods to carry it off.

Decided to mix a substantial quantity (by my standards anyway) of Pimms and Jack Daniels Whisky last night...I'm relieved that this morning it hurt so little 
but mildly concerned why my tolerance for spirits has got so high...maybe I'm part Scottish, I do have a ginger beard...
I'm wondering if rewatching the Hobbit films drunk would make them anymore entertaining or tolerable...

maybe industrial strength LSD. and even that wouldn't do it. 
I know drinking fermented haggis juice and snorting Petty barrel flakes. maybe.

I'm a semi purist when it comes to Jack Daniel's: no strong flavors. I'd only mix it with clear soda and perhaps some lime. Though I have to admit a shot of Jack added to orange juice is pretty amazing.

When I say 'mix' I was alternating between shots of pure whisky and glasses of pimms (with the occasional taster of calvados thrown in for good measure...), normally drink Jack with cola, but there was a large bottle of each going, and I didn't have to pay for it...

Ah, belly mixing. That passes muster.
But I wouldn't mix it with a dark cola unless alternating swallows. It's like rum and coke: don't waste it on a nice chewy rum, get something clear (and cheap).

Red wine is often described as chewy if it has good tannic structure. A dark rum will also have enough complexity of darker flavors to pass for chewy.
