Re: The Riddle-Game
The creature in question is spelled 'geoduck' and pronounced gooey-duck. It's a giant clam that lives in the Northwest. The name is a Native American word that's been badly butchered English Speakers.

I'll have you know this a point of Washington State pride!
The Fighting Geoduck is the mascot of our State College:
And there was a move to make this song our State Anthem:
Why does nobody ever take us seriously?

They're actually considered quite a delicacy in Japan, Azriel (though the Japanese variety is much smaller.)
We grow them much larger up here in Washington!

Re: The Riddle-Game
As a humble representative of the male half of the population, I must register dismay at the sentence "Ive never seen such a suggestive mollusc,its positively a yuk fest!"
I mean, it's missing things like apostrophes and spaces.
A piece of anatomy as obviously well groomed as a geoduck wouldn't stand for such laxity.

Re: The Riddle-Game
I seem to have touched a nerve!
Geoducks are something I've seen in the fish markets, and sometimes in the supermarkets, all my life.
There are shellfish farmers who grow them commercially. They're more common here than cod or eel.
{Now eel--THAT'S a suggestive seafood! }
{{{So what can I do to lighten the mood? I know! }}}
{{{{{ 'cause THAT'S the way I like it! (uh-huh uh-huh) }}}}}
