Well it's been a week. I made this one up while struggling to find a subject, so goodluck!  Razz

A sunken foot,
A submerged knee.
A body straight,
Tall like tree.

No long arms,
No bushy leaves,
No thick bark,
No metal greaves.

Carrier of many faces,
No single visage of its own.
Here a spirit of water,
There one of stone.

The Villager set above,
The Raven perched below,
Between them both a bear.
Or some antlered beast or crow.

No idea so far, is it a general riddle or a Tolkien riddle?

Nope, not a castle. And to respond to Petty: it is a general riddle. I don't believe the answer ever appears in Tolkien's writing. (Not that I know of, anyway).

Well at least that narrows it down. From two categories of riddle I didn't know the answer too, to one category of riddle that I dont know the answer too!  Mad

As for the riddle, is the answer.. love?

(I hope it is, it would be deliciously appropriate considering the spoiler up above).

I never meant for this phallic horror show! I didn't even see the Centaurs... equipment until Eldo pointed them out.

I'm just glad it's all in spoilers. Easier to avoid getting a second eyeful. As for the images already there, I suppose a blowtorch may help.
