Wow.  Laughing

One wonders at their reasons for including it originally, and then deciding to remove it.

Strange that it's not even included as a deleted scene, if it was in an original cut that Moffat felt was too long winded. Though maybe it'll crop up somewhere in the future.

From reading what Moffat says he really seems to have thought it didnt work, I think given my feelings towards the stag do as is that he might be right about that, for me anyway.

Yeah, though that was kind of what I was wondering. Was that the only reason? Or was there other reasons? Did they feel they went a bit too far in the fan pleasing direction, perhaps?

Though it might very well be that straight forward.

Haha, the feasibility of that might not be as small as one would suspect.

You could probably get through the entirety of the third season in gifs now if you wanted. Probably a couple of times over.  Laughing

True.  Nod  Might be a danger of overanalyzing though, if Martin is just trying to make Benedict laugh like in your post on the last page.

Yeah, I know what you mean. Nod

And I love those little moments of spontaneity. A lot of the magic seems to be in that. That's what you get when the actors really start to get to know one another and have great chemistry.

Quite like the video, Smile  though I guess someone must have had a hell of a job mixing that.  Shocked
