To learn to do something one must first have the need to learn it. Never had the need to hyperlink before so never learnt, or bothered about it , or was interested in it.

I explained the whole damn thing to you yesterday!

Anyway, I made a Table of Contents myself so that Petty will update the story. It's in the OP.

NB Petty numbered the chapters incorrectly so the chapter headings will not always match up with the numbers in the Table of Contents, but the table is correct.
