A Public Word Of Thanks
Thankyou, Ringdrotten, for posting an excellent review of The Wobbit to Amazon!
I couldn't ask for a better one. It is glowing, it encourages purchases by readers AND non-readers of The Hobbit, and it tells people why they'll enjoy the book. It indicates that you read the book you reviewed, and still had good things to say about it.
To paraphrase Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons: "Best Review Ever!"
I'm in your debt, sir. I posted this instead of PMing it because I want to remind everyone of how awesome you are.

Re: A Public Word Of Thanks
Really, it was the least I could do. The more I read, the more I loved it and the more I thought you deserved a proper review, and not just a couple of words to go with the five stars. It's me who should be thanking you, actually - I got the book as a gift, after all And keep us posted on your progress with the FotR parody, I am already looking forward to it

Congrats on the review, Paul! (I'm going on leave in November.... Could be the opportunity I get to do a proper read... haven't forgotten).

A proper read? That would be a first! More than I deserve!
Sounds good, Odo. No rush. I look forward to it.
