I certainly hope not. It appears to be photoshopped to me.

It seems the experiment on mixing people with fish to create Mermaids and Mermen isn't going quite as planned.

Clearly photoshoped though. Right eye moved to the left cheek and vice versa. Also the side of one eye appears to be sticking out of the cheek, doesn't it?

I'm going with photoshop, or at least I hope it is!

And as to the smallest animals- that tiny cat pic is a fake (sadly as its possibly the cutest thing in creation).

Bloody cheek! Do you see any buckie in the picture? Tartan? Bagpipes? Is it raining? No, so therefore it can't be me. And despite having his eyes on his cheeks that fellow doesn't even look crabbit about it!

To be fair, Petty, you don't really how much buckie he has had. He might be very happy.
